• Identity & contact details: full name, phone number, email address.
• Case details: type of cybercrime, bank account lien details, description of what happened, dates and timeline.
• Supporting documents: complaint acknowledgment copies, bank notices, screenshots, or other evidence you upload.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment partner — we do not store full card or UPI credentials.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use It

We use your information strictly to deliver the service you've registered for:

• Reviewing your case and preparing an expert legal opinion or action roadmap.
• Drafting and filing complaints, RTI applications, or escalation letters on your behalf.
• Sending you updates on your case status, acknowledgments, and next steps.
• Improving our guidebook content and internal case-handling processes using anonymised, aggregated data only.

We never use your case details for advertising, sell your data, or use it to train third-party AI models.

Your documents and case details are never sold. We share limited information only in these situations:

• With our legal experts and consultants directly working on your case, under confidentiality obligations.
• With government or law-enforcement bodies — such as police, RBI Ombudsman, or CERT-In — solely to file or escalate your complaint, and only with your instruction.
• With payment processors to complete your purchase, limited to transaction data.
• If legally required, in response to a valid court order or statutory demand.

4. Data Security

Given the sensitivity of cybercrime and financial fraud cases, we treat security as a first-class requirement, not an afterthought.

• Documents and case files are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access to victim case data is restricted to the specific expert assigned to your case.
• Internal access is logged and reviewed periodically for unusual activity.

We retain your case details and documents only as long as necessary to complete your service and to comply with legal record-keeping obligations under applicable Indian law (typically up to 7 years for matters that may involve financial or legal proceedings).
