1. Overview
ResolveKart's services — DIY guidance, complaint analysis, and full filing assistance — involve professional time, review, and drafting effort that typically begins soon after payment. Because of this, our refund policy is more limited than a standard product return policy. This page explains when a refund is and isn't available.
2. DIY Guidance (Guidebooks, Templates, Checklists)
- These are digital, self-help resources delivered instantly on purchase.
- Once a guidebook or template has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is non-refundable, since the content cannot be "returned."
- If you experience a technical issue and are unable to access what you paid for, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a fix or full refund.
3. Complaint Analysis
- If you cancel before our expert has begun reviewing your case or documents, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If review has already started but the written opinion or action plan has not yet been delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund, assessed based on work completed.
- Once the case analysis or written opinion has been delivered to you, the fee is non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.
4. Full Filing Assistance
- If you cancel before drafting work begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If drafting has begun but nothing has been filed or submitted on your behalf yet, a partial refund may apply, based on the proportion of work completed.
- Once a complaint, RTI application, or escalation letter has been filed or submitted on your behalf, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of that filing.
- Refunds are not available where a delay or rejection is caused by a bank, police authority, RBI, court, or other third party, since this is outside ResolveKart's control.
5. Situations Where a Refund Will Not Be Given
- You provided false, incomplete, or misleading information that affected our ability to deliver the service.
- You are dissatisfied because a complaint or application was not accepted, delayed, or unsuccessful due to reasons outside our control (e.g. bank decision, police discretion, court process).
- You simply changed your mind after work has already been delivered or submitted.
- The service was already fully delivered as described at the time of purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email care@resolvekart.com with your registered name, order/case ID, and the reason for your request.
- Our team will review your case status and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing timelines.
7. Cancellations by ResolveKart
If we are unable to take on or continue your case for any reason (e.g. conflict of interest, capacity, or a case falling outside what we can assist with), you will receive a full refund for any portion of the service not yet delivered.
